AS PROJECTS & SUPPORT ENGINEER, YOU WOULD PRIMARILY BE:

Working closely with a growing team and senior support engineers to deliver integration and testing services for enterprise level customers in a complex environment – successfully and on-time. Strong analysis and communication skills, to be stress tolerant, to understand customer’s goals and business objectives and proactively cooperate, optimize, and improve customer’s business are all key to succeeding at this role. To this degree, your responsibilities would include:

  1. Performing installations, preparing application configuration changes (of all components) of CCTVs, Access Controls, Fire Alarm Systems, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles & other Security related systems.
  2. Analysing hardware requirements of new and existing application components, propose and implement infrastructure changes and improvements.
  3. Ensuring that service requests are completed accurately, on-time through efficient partnerships with vendors and the administration.
  4. Provision of technical support and training to customers with effective analysis of real-time issues and anticipated problem areas to minimize system downtime.
  5. Day-to-day application components maintenance tasks including log analysis, incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  6. Clear and concise communication with team members and customers while performing preventive maintenance and while explaining project and support issues.
  7. Participate in new products components onboarding.
