As a  Senior Manager of HR ( Recruitment and Training ), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the recruitment and training strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and implement effective training and development programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Recruitment:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identifying the staffing needs, workforce planning, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements.

• Job Advertising and Sourcing: Creating and posting job advertisements online and offline to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Utilising innovative sourcing techniques like social media, professional networks, and industry-specific channels.

• Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews. Assessing candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to make informed hiring decisions. Coordinating and participating in panel interviews and managing the selection process.

• Employer Branding: Developing and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract and engage top talent. Collaborating with marketing and communication teams to create compelling employer brand messaging, career website content, and recruitment materials.

• Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Implementing and maintaining recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, candidate pipeline, and time-to-fill metrics. Generating regular reports and insights to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Training and Development:

• Training Needs Analysis: Collaborating with department heads and managers to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization. Conducting training needs assessments and analyzing performance metrics to design relevant and impactful training programs.

• Training Program Design and Delivery: Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives and employee development plans. Utilising various training methods, including classroom sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.

• Leadership and Professional Development: Designing and facilitating leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of managers and supervisors. Providing coaching and mentoring support to high-potential employees and emerging leaders.

• Training Evaluation and Feedback: Implementing mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs, including participant feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations. Analysing feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve the training offerings continuously.

• Employee Career Development: Collaborating with managers and employees to create individual development plans and career paths. Providing guidance and support in identifying growth opportunities, acquiring new skills, and pursuing professional certifications.

• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensuring training programs and recruitment practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and training.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the technology or system integration industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate selection methodologies.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably focusing on technical and leadership development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
